Holds B.Sc. & M. Sc. Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Lagos. He has worked with Clarion Finance Nig. Ltd. as Treasury Manager, Montgomery Security as Sales Co-ordinator, vast experience in computer application packages and currently he is the General Manager of Datlex Nigeria Limited.

ADEDEJI ADEDIRE
LEGAL ADVISER / COMPANY SECRETARY
He is the company Legal Adviser and Company Secretary, a law graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife and was called to bar in the year 1992 and has worked with many reputable Legal firms such as Ilesanmi & Co., Akin Ososanya & Co. He joined Datlex Nig. Ltd. in the year 1994.

OLALEKAN ADESINA OSO
ASSIST. GENERAL MANAGER
A graduate of Electrical Engineering, and also a holder of Masters in Business administration (MBA) from the Federal University of Technology Akure. He joined DATLEX NIG. LTD. With a wealth of experience from the industrial sector, including Eleganza Industries Nig. Ltd. as factory supervisor. He is currently the assistance General Manager and the Head of the Engineering Group.

TUNDE AKINTEMI GROUP
HEAD, (IT OPERATIONS)
A graduate of Geology and Mineral Science from University Of Ilorin. Mr. Akintemi possesses first–class problem solving abilities with excellent client facing abilities in a wide range of project development, deployment and management. He has demonstrated leadership skills in managing, developing and motivating teams to achieve set objectives, particularly in the area of Enterprise systems. He specializes in solutions development and analysis and currently heads the research and development team of Datlex. Prior to joining Datlex in 2002, He worked with Timelink Communications, Port Harcourt as IT consultant supporting Shell, Schlumberger, Adadrill to mention just a few. He is a qualified Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) and also a qualified database administrator with requisite training obtained from Aptech. Mr. Akintemi led a team of consultant to successfully implement the clearing solutions for Afribank, Wema bank, Intercontinental Bank, Unity Bank. His wealth of experience in managing clearing systems for banks spans over 6 years with special skills obtained from industry leaders abroad from various seminars, trainings and exhibition attended over the years. His extensive travels on research and development has taken him to over 7 different countries to understudy their clearing system, and this has well prepared him to be a leading voice in managing clearing systems.

CONSTANT AKINFOLAYAN ASABIA
(IT CONSULTANT)
Mr. Asabia possesses excellent skills and abilities in a wide range of project development, deployment and management. He has demonstrated leadership skills in managing, developing and motivating teams to achieve set objectives, particularly in the area of Enterprise systems. His communication, analytical and creative design skills are exceptional, obtained from his high-quality training and experience.

Having worked in the Information Telecommunication industry for over seven (7) years, he has an excellent understanding of the terrain –from service provision to entire infrastructure development. He has successfully managed and deployed projects for large organizations such as the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), the Supreme Court, Society for Family Health (SFH) amongst others.

In March 2001, Mr. Asabia joined Resourcery as a Project Engineer and rose to the ranks of Project Manager, Constant assisted in the company’s growth as one of the foremost Infrastructure service providers in Nigeria. By designing and supervising the implementation of a cost effective distribution network, he was able to increase the profit of the organization by drastically reducing project implementation costs. Selected from a competitive group of candidates, he was tasked to lead, support and implement various up-north country projects which included managed Network Services and Enterprise solutions.
Prior to joining Resourcery, Constant worked as the head of Technical Sales for Talinet Ltd and Project Administrator for Custodian & Allied Insurance. He is a Cisco and Microsoft Certified professional as well as an active member of the Project Management Institute(PMI).

TAYO MOYOSOLA FALANA
(IT CONSULTANT)
Mr. Tayo Falana holds a masters degree in Information and Business Systems Engineering from the University of Surrey, UK. A trained Electrical Electronics engineer, he has been a lead Project Manager in the ICT Infrastructure practice, with over six (6) years experience in Project Management, ICT Infrastructure, Implementation and Business Analysis.

Tayo has developed core skills which include general management, strategy, project management, leadership, people development and strategic thinking. His core general management, financial, entrepreneurial and strategic skills were developed as a consultant with ALTEQ, where he worked as a management consultant to world leading blue chip clients such as Microsoft, Intel, the Education Trust fund (ETF) and the World Bank group. Roles included strategic advice, project & programme management, technology consultancy and business analysis.

A goal orientated individual who employs an inclusive, collaborative leadership style to motivate and focus teams to meet corporate strategic needs. An effective trouble-shooter and sound problem solver who identifies and resolves corporate issues, manages change and drives constant improvement across the board. Takes a strategic overview to generate results through innovative solutions and leads them from concept through to operational delivery with a pro-active and confidence building style. He is a champion of corporate goals who generates and exploits business opportunities in complex and high profile environments.

Recently, Tayo was engaged by the Dixons Group, UK (owners of PCWorld, UK) as a Business Advisor for a period of 12 months. In this capacity, he managed Top 100 customers by giving business advise to align organizations processes with Technology and achieved a high rate of success for top businesses. Prior to that, he worked as a strategic management consultant with the National Pension Commission (PenComm), on the implementation of the National Pension reform act.
He is both a Microsoft and Oracle certified Professional as well as member of the Project Management Institute (PMI), UK.

OLUWASEYI OLAWUNMI
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
From an exceptional background in applied chemistry at Obafemi Awolowo University. He has delibrately detour to follow his passion for business management. He kicked off his career with Ayodele Data & Co a firm of chartered accountant. He later moved on to African Alliance as a marketing executive where he rose to the position of Unit Head before joining Datlex in 2006 as Manager Business Support services before moving to the position of the business Development Manager which he honestly holds.

OLATUNJI LEWIS
(HEAD SOLUTIONS DEVELOPMENT)
Mr. Olatunji Lewis is a leader in developing client relationships and implementing business systems. He possesses a set of skills which include setting vision based objectives, market development, financial modeling & risk analysis, structuring ambiguity, project management, and strategy. A graduate of the University of Ado Ekiti, Mr. Olatunji Lewis has worked with several organizations, facilitated several lucrative business transactions and formulated solutions for a large number of clientele.
He has also functioned in a variety of development and implementation activities, business process analysis and redesigning, engagement planning, identifying short-term and strategic areas of focus to enable progress within organizations. His experience in solutions development spans over six years with various IT solutions developed over the period. He is highly proficient with Microsoft Visual basic, Visual studio.net, C++, and ASP.net. He is a Microsoft Certified Professional as well as oracle certified Professional.

OLAJIDE OGUNDANA
He Holds an HND in Electronics from Yaba College of Technology; He has worked as Assistant Supervisor in Computer Communication Technology (CCT), also worked as the General Manager of Total Trust Technology. He has over 15years experience as Electronic Security/Communication Engineer. He Joined Datlex as Group Head, Support Services

OLANREWAJU DAIRO
He holds a degree in Engineering Physics from Obafemi Awolowo University ADSE (Advance Diploma in Software Engineering) Certificate from APTECH and a diploma certificate in AutoCAD (2D and 3D). Mr. Olanrewaju Dairo joined Datlex (Nig) Ltd in 2007 as a System Administrator handling intensive project in software and hardware analysis designs, planning and implementation. He played a successful role in the implementation of clearing solution for Afribank, Wema Bank, Intercontinental Bank and Unity bank. Prior to joining Datlex in 2007 he worked with Resourcery Limited as a network engineer. He is proficient in computer- aided design (AutoCAD 2D and 3D).

JACOB O. OBARO
DIRECTOR
Holds a post graduate diploma in computer engineering from the Federal University of Technology, Owerri (FUTO), worked with reputable IT firms over a decade. He is highly skilled in IT solutions.

EMEAGI MICHAEL CHUKWUEMEKA
He holds a degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering with option in Telecommunicatio of Technology, Owerri. Also acquired a professional certification in Networking Engineerin Engineering from Federal Universityng from Cisco Systems (Cisco Certified Network Associate). He joined Datlex 2007. Handle IT related projects for GlaxoSmithKline Agbara. Very competent in handling Access Control Doors.

ADENIYI RASHEED WAHAB
He holds a B.Sc in Computer Science and Engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University with option in Computer Engineering with major in Software Engineering. He also acquired professional certification in Cisco Systems (Cisco Certified Network Associate) in June 2007. CISA in Certified Information System Auditor He joined Datlex in 2008 as a System Engineer. He handles intensive projects in software and hardware planning, analysis designs and implementation Cheque Clearing Solution.

REGINA B. ILUKHOR
HEAD, ADMIN & HUMAN RESOURCES
She is a graduate of Secretarial Administration with HND from Grace Polytechnic, and also Pitmans College, London. She is an affiliate member of Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM). She is an Executive Secretary and Administrator with over 10 years cognate experience. She joined Datlex as Head of Administration & Human Resources.

PATRICK SUNDAY MOKOGWU
ACCOUNTANT
Holds an HND in Accounting from The Polytechnic Calabar. He has worked in BCN Plc as a Cost Accountant and Allied Building Products as an Accountant. He has 15 cognate experience. He joined Datlex in 2007.

SAMUEL B. OLOMOLA.
HEAD OF TECHNICAL OPERATIONS
Holds a Bachelor degree in Industrial Chemistry / Biochemistry from the Federal University of Technology, Akure and an associate member of Nigerian Institute of Science and Technology (NIST). He has worked in SCOA Nigeria Plc. and Herald Paints Nig. Ltd. as Production Manager. He is currently working with Datlex Nig. Ltd. as Quality Control Manager.

AJINIRAN OLUSEGUN
HEAD, ELECTRONICS ADMINISTRATION.
He is a graduate of Electrical/Electronics Engineering from Federal Polytechnic Offa, Kwara State. Also holds an MBA from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomosho, Osun State. Until his appointment, he was an employee of Alimosho Local Government Area of Lagos State. He is currently the Head of Electronics administration and maintenance.

BAKARE TAJUDEEN OLAJIDE

Holds Bachelor of Science in Physics Electronic from the University of Ilorin. He worked with Deins Security, Lagos as an Electronic/Computer Engineer, Secpoint Nig. JUBRIL -ADEYANJU ABIODUN
GROUP HEAD, ENGINEERING
A graduate of civil Engineering from University of Lagos, He is an Engineer with more than 10 years experiences in construction, site management, structural, bridge and drainage engineering. He has worked on various industrial and infrastructural projects with extensive experiences on high rise building, highway projects, bridges, drainages and water system engineering. He has acquired significant working experience, knowledge of technical standards both as a consultant and at the same as a contractor. Beside his engineering experience, he’s an excellent manager, a good communicator and negotiator, flexible and comprehensive, but also firm if necessary.

ADEOLAU OYEKOLA
A graduate of Electrical/Electronics Engineering from the University of Port Harcourt. He has 3 years working experience with Homeworthy, Construction Company and Schlumberger Nigeria Limited and with Galaxy TV. He joined Datlex as an Electrical Engineer.

He is proficient in computer-aided design (AUTOCAD 2D).

ARISONYIN AFOLABI
A graduate of Electrical/Electronics from Rufus Giwa Polytechnic, Owo in Ondo State. He has worked with Marop Nigeria Engineering Ltd., A2 Tech. and Bhojsons Plc as an Engineer. He joined Datlex as a Service Engineer with his wealth of experience.

KAREEM YUSUF
A graduate of Electrical/Electronics Engineer from Yaba College of Technology, Yaba, Lagos. He has worked with First Aluminium Nigeria Plc. As a Maintenance Engineer and also worked as Service and Maintenance Engineer on Electrical/Electronic appliances. He joined Datlex as a Service Engineer.

OLUMIDE OGUNDEJI
He holds an OND in Electrical/Electronics from Federal Polytechnic, Idahh Kogi State. He has worked in Eleganza Ceramic Industries as an Electrical Technician and had also worked with Optics System and Technology as an Engineer. He joined Datlex recently as a Maintenance Engineer.
