ID witness Digital Regiscope Camera is a digital recording machine for BANKING TRANSACTIONS, with the push of a button, the unit registers images of the client, the check or document and the client’s ID. Grouped as one single register, the images are recorded in the unit’s hard drive and identified by date, time and teller number.

Using any of these data, the system allows easy access to the transactions from local or remote workstations, at any time.

Remote access to this information is also possible by simply connecting the unit to existing LAN or WAN networks. With ID Witness, you can also send images via-e-mail or print high quality color pictures that will allow you to observe the most important details.

» Password Level - Every user of the machine is assigned unique user name and password to access the machine.

» Backup/Data Reliability - Each user can back up the transaction from the hard disk of the ID WITNESS to their personal computers. This back up can be done on daily or weekly basis as deem fit by the management.
Recorded transactions can be backed up into storage devices such as HardDisk, diskette, tape drive etc. This multi-back up functionality is to facilitate multi-storage of the transactions.

» Data Integrity: - Alteration of data or images stored on the hard disk of the machine is impossible to any user. They can only view, but they cannot add or subtract anything from the recorded transaction.

» Protection of Recorded Transaction - DELETION of images or recorded transaction is NOT POSSIBLE to any of the users. This is to prevent alteration and manipulation of recorded transaction.

» Networking Facility – ID witness comes with an RJ45 port, which makes networking possible on either a Local Area Network (LAN) or Wide Area Network (WAN). The machine can be accessible from any of the Computer system on the network.

» Monitor - The software has a monitor facility, which can be used to monitor all the transactions within the branch or from other branches across the region.

» Range of coverage - The camera has a considerable radius of coverage that helps the user to get a perfect posture of the customer. Other images captured are image of the cheque and the image of the customer’s ID Card.
