He is Fellow of the Institute
of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria
(FCA). He holds a B.Sc. degree in
accounting and certificate in computer
science from the University of Lagos.
In recent past, he was the General
Manager of Tunde Davies Enterprises;
he was an Accountant with P.A. Ajiboye
and Co., a firm of Chartered Accountants
for six years where he had his practical
training. Presently, he is the Executive
Chairman of Datlex Nig. Ltd. and Managing
Partner of D.O. Ajiniran & Co.,
a firm of Chartered Accountants.
TUNDE AJINIRAN
MANAGING DIRECTOR
The pioneer and current Managing Director
of Datlex Nigeria Limited holds a
Bachelor’s and a Masters Degree.
He was a Manager in Bolmus International
Nigeria Limited, General Manager Sitrep
Nigeria Ltd., Group General Manager
Kasandubu Group of Companies, Presently
an Executive Director, Beta Computers
Ltd., as well as a Director, Surcomtec
Nigeria Limited. His field experience
and management exposure has brought
tremendous progress in management
capabilities in terms of prompt and
minimum reaction time to decision

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
He is a graduate of Banking and Finance
and a Banker by profession. He is
a member of Chartered Institute of
Bankers of Nigeria. He resigned his
appointment to team up with the management
of Datlex with his over two decades
experience in the Banking Industry.
JIBOLA OGUNDIPE
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Holds B.Sc. (Hon) Civil Engineering
and a Masters Degree in Business Administration
specializing in corporate finance
from the University of Lagos. He has
worked in Labium Associates as Project
Engineer also he worked at Habourworks
Nig. Ltd., Ministry of Education,
Gidan Murtala, Kano and Villa Strada
Nig. Ltd. as Interim Engineer and
Site Engineer respectively. He is
also a member of the council of registered
Engineers of Nigeria (COREN) and a
member of the Nigeria Society of Engineers
(NSE). He is an Executive Director
of Datlex Nig. Ltd.
PASTOR AMOS ADESOLA
DIRECTOR
He is a graduate of Banking and Finance
and Banker by profession. He is a
member of Chartered Institute of Bankers
of Nigeria. He register his appointment
to team up with the management of
Datlex with his over two decades experience
in the Banking Industry.
